- **These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for our great guests.**
1. Please place all trash in garbage can and dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher.
2. Please only flush toilet paper down toilets.
3. Please don't miss garbage day ---- if you are staying overnight on a Monday, we ask that you please place trash can at the end of the driveway Monday evening or Tuesday morning. The garbage will be picked up on Tuesday.
4. Before check-out, please turn off all lights and A/C.
5. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, if the police are called for a disturbance, you will be fined $300.
6. Absolutely no parties.
7. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the space. Please use front or backyard for smoking. If a guest is found smoking or evidence of smoking is found after check-out there is a $500 fine. No exceptions other than our provided hookah for an additional fee $60. Please inquire about the hookah (four lines).
8. If you have more than 5 guests, there is a fee of $30 per guest, per night.
9. No firearms or weapons are allowed on property.
10. Please do not download any copyrighted torrents from the internet.
11. Subject to ejection without refund and a $500 fee if house rules are not complied with.
12. Please do not throw trash on the exterior of property.
13. We are not responsible for any leftover items after check-out.
14. Late check-out must be requested, and a fee will be applied based upon the requested time.
15. If you overstay past 11am without prior notice the fee is $150 or the following night's rate whichever is greater. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.
16. Guest must get host written approval prior to having any package shipped to the listing.
17. For undisclosed pet(s) brought into the home, there is an additional fee of up to $200.
18. Host reserves the right to do a guest count spot check at any time during reservation.
19. Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book a reservation.
20. No date change alteration requests will be accepted within the cancellation period of the reservation.
21. We require a photo of the license plate, year, make and model of the car that will be on the property. Any unregistered cars are subject to be towed.
22. Guests with reservations 7 days or over are responsible to refill their own consumable supplies.
23. Pet fees are as follows, 25 pounds or less is $25 per night per pet, 26 pounds and over, is $35 per night per pet. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Emotional support animals are considered pets according to Airbnb policy. The same terms apply to emotional support animals as pets.
24. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please pick up your pet’s waste. If there is excessive fur or waste left by your pet, we will charge a $250 pet cleaning fee.
25. No confetti or glitter allowed.
26. An excessive cleaning fee of $500 will apply to any reservation which caused excessive cleaning services to be rendered.
27. Owner is not responsible for any injury to the guests.
28. Owner is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
29. Guests use the home at their own risk.
